More from your wallet
Top-ups, transfers, and withdrawals are separate actions. Review each one before confirming.
Choose Top up or Add money, enter an amount, and continue to checkout. Depending on your device, currency, and provider, checkout may offer card, mobile money, bank transfer, or Apple Pay.
Your balance updates after verification. If confirmation is pending, use Verify top-up to check the existing reference.
Open your walletChoose Withdraw and enter the amount, account holder’s name, destination number or account, and the requested network or bank details. The amount must be within your available balance.
Follow the withdrawal status in the app. Some requests require processing or manual payout; submitting a request does not mean the funds have arrived.
